We all know preserving the evidence is key to successful subrogation. DPI’s facility has a high-level security system, and your evidence is under surveillance 24/7. Only authorized personnel are allowed access to your evidence. To allow us to continue to provide this invaluable service, we will be raising our storage rates by 5% – our first increase in 16 years!
We will also now be increasing the charge for Research hours to $100/hr. You cannot pursue subrogation if you can’t identify the manufacturer. DPI prides itself in being an industry leader in its ability to identify manufacturers when others cannot. This price increase will allow us to continue to provide this invaluable service.
DPI is also noticing that manufacturers are getting more and more aggressive with their denials. We have the experience and knowledge to successfully address those denials which are frequently based on supposition and not fact. We will now be charging $100.00 for denial letters. This will allow us to provide a good, thorough response to the manufacturers and help you continue your pursuit of subrogation.
These changes will be made effective April 1st.
