To make our subro screening process easier for you and your insured, please encourage your insureds or field adjusters to take photos of their evidence and send to us via text to 865.804.2710. We will review the photos free of charge, for an indefinite period of time, and let you know if we recommend subrogation. If we do, we can send a box to your insureds to allow them to ship the evidence directly to us. You can also arrange for large item pickups by contacting DPI at 800.865.6220 or customerservice@dpi-inc.com.
